The 2019 Greater Hartford Festival of Jazz Board of Directors reserve the right to be selective and limit the number of spaces.

All Food Vendor applications require an Insurance Rider. If rider is not provided you cannot vend.

Satellite Booths will be offered for extending your service area. No cooking (i.e. oil, grease) is allowed on park grounds or this location.

Satellite Booths cannot be purchased as a standalone. Booth space must be purchased to qualify.

VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADD A SATELLITE WITHOUT PAYING THE ADDITIONAL COST.

THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

MOBILE OPERATORS

Mobile operation space will be based on the standard 3-day booth fee schedule as follows:

10’ X 10’ to 10’ X 15’: $800

10’ X 15’ to 10’ X 20’: $1,175

10’ X 20’ to 10’ X 25’: $1,550

10’ X 25’ to 10’ X 30’: $1,950

10’ X 30’ up to 10’ X 35’: $2,300

 

The GHFJ will provide the following:

1 – 10’ x 10’ Booth (already set-up)

1 – 6’ Table and 2 Chairs

1 – 20-amp Circuit

Please note: if more than 20 amps is needed, vendor must make the request prior to arrival to the GHFJ. Additional fees may apply.

 

SETUP TIME ~ JULY 19 BEGINS AT 9:00 AM; CITY INSPECTION 2:00 PM

SETUP TIME ~ JULY 20-21, 11:00 AM; CITY INSPECTION 12:00 PM

BOOTH SPACE WILL BE RESERVED UPON RECEIPT OF ACCEPTED ONLINE APPLICATION. DEADLINE JUNE 29, 2019.
