WELCOME! We are excited that you plan to join the GHFJ family for the 32nd Annual Greater Hartford Festival of Jazz in Bushnell Park July 14 – July 16, 2023.

2023 Vendor Process

1. Complete and submit the appropriate vendor application. Portal closes 5/31/2023.
2. All new applicants go through a review and selection process. Please allow up to two weeks for a reply.
3. Decisions sent by email.
4. Payment info furnished with acceptance notice.

GHFJ supplies:

20-amp circuit of power
10 X 10 booth/tent (w/light)
1 – 6’ table (Arts & Crafts/Health & Human Services)
1 – 8’ table (Food)
2 – Chairs

All Jazz Fest vendors will be provided with the GHFJ brand template to help promote your businesses on all social media platforms of your choice prior to the festival. Vendors will also be listed in the Festival Program Guide. Of special note, if chosen and you plan to take full advantage of the benefits just outlined, all fees must be paid at the time you are billed.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • All applications must be submitted online.
  • Arts & Crafts vendors must submit at least five (5) photos of their crafts/merchandise to be sold.
  • Food vendors must provide a sample menu when you apply.
  • Food Application(s) REQUIRE an Insurance Rider.
  • Only payment of your booth(s) fee(s) secures your place to participate.
