Greetings Vendor,

WELCOME! We are excited to have you join our family as we host the 31st Annual Greater Hartford Festival of Jazz (GHFJ) in Bushnell Park July 15 – July 17, 2022.

This year’s application process has been revised. 1) Your application will be received and reviewed. 2) Applications will be accepted or unaccepted. Upon acceptance, you will be prompted to make payment to take part in the 2022 GHFJ.

To help market our vendors, we have included a section in our Festival Program Guide. Arts and Craft vendors will be listed with items or crafts to be sold. Food Vendors will be displayed with brief sample menus. Please email your sample menu to rsmith@hartfordjazz.org. Arts and Craft vendors please attach a list of your crafts/merchandise with your application. We reserve the right to edit or limit the amount of information you provide. Of special note, if you want to be included in the program guide, you must have completed your application online and be paid in full by June 20, 2022.
